Shipping: All orders are shipped UPS ground however you can designate another carrier if you desire. Overnight and any alternative delivery is available upon request. All orders contain shipping charges including back orders. Shipping Charges do not appear on orders placed Online;however it will reflect on your invoice. Backorders: Backorders are automatically shipped unless prior arrangements have been made when placing the order. Customer's are responsible for the freight charges. Credit: Open accounts will be accepted upon credit approval. To establish credit, please contact us. Credit Card: Avoid C.O.D. charges by using your Visa, MasterCard, or American Express when ordering. Guarantee: We lifetime guarantee our plating however this warranty does not cover breakage, negligence, or abuse by customer. Avoid letting hairspray, perfumes, or household chemicals come in contact with your silver jewelry. Return Policy: We do not accept any returns with authorization(RA#). We do not accept used items for credit. Returns of non-defective merchandise shall be returned within 30 days of purchase. Returns after that period is subjected to a 15% restocking fee. Items older then six months cannot be returned. We will issue credit on your account only. Return shipping expense must be prepaid by the customer. Special orders are gladly accepted however they cannot be returned. Missing items or defective items received must be reported within five business days.
